Glad you had a wonderful vacation. Are those pictures from where you visited while on leave? If so, the location is beautiful. I am sorry that you have to go back to work after relaxing for two weeks! That does suck in a major way! Even though you will be back in the grind, I hope you have a wonderful Easter with your friends and family!
These pics (apart from the last two) were all taken in the northern tip of the North Island. Such a nice part of the country and it was good to revisit some of these sites. I haven't been to some of these places for 20 years and it was good to see that the relaxed feel of the place hasn't changed.

Situation normal, not a lot happening lately, sick of work, sick of winter. We do however have Beervana this weekend, about 450 different beers from NZ's craft brewers cant wait.
Sounds like a much needed respite from the long winter. I love it when we have events on in the cold months. Forces me to get out of hibernation mode Don't think they'll ever top "The Olympics", but I'm sure this place will come up with something...
Well the highlight of the year so far has been the Speights Coast to Coast, not competing mind you but support crew. Despite the 4:30am wake ups and it rain on the Friday night (140mm per hour) it was really enjoyable, kind of inspirational in fact. It's also a part of the country that I haven't seen before so that in its self was a... Read More
