10. trevor is in my 'totally awesome people' book at the moment. unfortunately he can't stay for the saturday night of east coast camping, but is a total sweetheart and is letting soiraile take his place for saturday night. that means you all can meet this crazy chick who i've been talking about for the past 9 months or so 
9. speaking of soiraile, she will be here this weekend (yay!) starting tonight so i probably won't be around so much until the beginning of next week.
8. i've started my second job type thing, which is babysitting. it went well, although by the time my day is done i'm tired-- i work from 7:30-2 at the library, then babysit from 3-9 or so. long day, i tell you what.
7. i'm reading memoirs of a geisha by arthur golden. i don't know if i've mentioned it before, but i HIGHLY recommend it. it's really really good, and i'm really picky about books. it's actually his first novel, which shocks me because it's so well written.
6. i really like books. yay books! yay free time for reading!
5. i need to clean my apartment. it's not as bad as my room has become known to be, but i've been on this kick where i actually -like- being neat. mostly i just need to put away my clothes. i tend to like to leave them on a pile on the floor, even when they're clean.
4. this weekend is going to be uber nice. i need a nice relaxing time, and that's what this should turn out to be.
3. i miss the smoke free bars of boston. while i respect people for their right to smoke and yada yada yada, i really hate coming home stinking like stale cigarettes. yuck.
2. i went out last night and drank a teensy bit too much. i was feeling a little bit blah this morning, but didn't get sick at all and after being awake and eating something i feel better.
