walking around campus today, listening to my ipod, i have come to one conclusion:

simon and garfunkel are, hands down, one of the best bands/singers/recording artists (take your pick) of. all. time.

if you disagree...i think you really should relisten to them. beautiful harmonies, thoughtful lyrics, a listening crowd that spans both generations and lifestyles.

they're just awesome.

you should all go and listen to them. right now.

please note: i do realize that not all of their songs were originals. that does not take away from their awesomeness. johnny cash also did covers, and i'd consider him one of the best of all time, too.
