10. why soiraile is awesome: because tonight i'm sitting on my bed and we're both reading and i'm reading my favorite poet every (lawrence raab--why don't you know him? hmmmm?) and i'm making noises cause i love his work and she's like 'read it to me' and then she lets me just read her poetry for like an hour. and get this--she's actually interested by it. so rad.

9. i'm really tired. but i don't want to sleep. i want to be productive. ha...me...productive.

8. do any of you do your own taxes? is it hard?

7. i wrote a poem tonight. well, really i revised a poem i wrote over break. but it's revision is one that makes me happy.

6. i really do love good poetry. for those of you who say you hate poetry, i think you just haven't read the good stuff. because good poetry is seriously just soooo amazing.

5. my english-major dorkiness is totally coming out here.

4. so i read twelfth night in two days. and it wasn't as bad as i remember shakespeare being. perhaps this semester may change my mind about shakespeare. maybe not. we'll see.

3. i sign the lease for my apartment tomorrow. i'm nervous, but it's in that good kindof way.

2. fucking hell i'm tired. and it's only like 1 in the morning. i think i prefer me being up until like 5. i get much more done that way.
