Another day... another 200 dollah...

How many of you have broken through what I like to call "The Exercise Barrier"?

That nebulous point where riding your bike or going for a run or whatever requires little to no motivation because you want to do it or NEED to do it as the case may be...

I've just hit that spot where a 45 min to an hour bike ride back and forth to work seems less like work and rather an integral part of my day...

...and it's fucking GREAT.

I used to weigh a lot (300lbs). I've had knee problems, hip problems. back problems and when I finally took off the weight I felt like I had made it (im now 185).

But then that fucking execrise wall hit every time I thought I was doing well. And I would lose my grip.

*ugh.. not today I'll just take a break*

I'd put a few more pounds back on, diet again, (or just get stressed out tongue ) But now... I don't know how or why, I broke through and now I HAVE to do it every day I WANT to do it everyday... or else I'll feel like shit.

So I guess my question is:

Have any of you made it? Do you need my help motivating you? Does sex count? Can I help motivate you?
