Today was spent with too many thoughts and too much talking.
I washed and folded twice my body weight in linens and towels this evening, the day was spent finishing up the apartment that's to be rented within the next two days...
I've also been bitten pretty badly by bed bugs or some such nonsence. the bugers hurt! and the bites last forever!!!! grrrr... time to switch stuff around. (bed bugs are actually a hellva lot more common than you may think... and biting insects are VERY common in subtropical areas like the one I'm in...)
also on the adgenda for tonite is a fancy pizza and garlic rolls. Eaten as comfort food for the silly thought of I'm not feminine enough. (I think the best response to that is feminine enough for what?) Seriously, I find that I'm happiest when I'm up to my elbows in mud, grease, or paint, dressed in guys shorts, a beater, sneakers and getting shit done. (I also enjoy donnning really sexy stuff and heading out for a night on the town, but that brings a different sence of accomplishment.)
It doesn't help that of the females I work with, I'm the tallest, and have the largest bones. (My bones aren't large by any means) I'm also the more outdoorsy type of the group of us... (I think I'm also the only one who likes girls too...)
anyways, I'm not strinking myself as very feminine today...
I'm also pretty lonely, starved for good compasny and friends... it's enopugh, when all combined to do your head in...
My pizza has just arrived. (yay fancy greek pizza and yuengling for dinner at ten at night!)
