Yesterday, I hurt my back. ( was doing my homework, sitting at a desk and then boom and I couldn't move it sucked hell if I know what happened)
I then went to my friend who practices Thai massage, and though that helped tremendously, it still hurt. This morning, I wrapped myself up in a corset and went to class, Now, i've skipped my afternoon class and am curled up in bed. trying to sleep.
It's not working ovbiously.
I'm grumpy and tired and hungry - I made a smoothy when I got home and now have no appitite for it. This has been going on for about two weeks now. i've been hungry and not eating what I fix because the time I get it fixedI have no desire to eat anything.
My room is the hottest room in the house and I'm just miserable at the moment.

But for food, chunky soups are good and you can microwave them fast while you're still hungry. You could also try to make things at random times and sometimes at least you should be hungry around when you've finished making them.
my dad has just begun... and since i'm not used to being up before 2 in the afternoon lately, i'm kinda just sitting here, waiting for the sleeping pill i took last night to wear off. but i'm awake in the morning, and that is my first step towards victory.
