Part III of The House Theatre of Chicago's Valentine Trilogy -- a boundless epic genre-jumping rock & roll theatrical tour-de-force three years in the making -- VALENTINE VICTORIOUS is now playing at the Viaduct Theater on Western & Belmont.
It rocked my socks off. Partially because there's a 15-piece orchestra and partially because it is just plain bad ass. And in its first weekend such celebrities as Andrew Bird and Peter Sagal have already seen it and loved it. You can also read what the NY Times had to say about it.
