So the last few days have been pretty crazy.
Phil and Megan arrived from England on Thursday night, came on MSN in an internet caf on Friday to tell me they were in Regensburg. They dropped by the store, which we are renovating, to say hi. I was in the middle of painting the walls a new coat of white. The wooden floors were installed on saturday. Now, the furniture is starting to get moved in while I'm applying new graphics to the windows and doors.
Saturday was Anna's birthday and we threw a huge party. There were 2 fire pits, 3 huge picnic tables, tiki torches, patio lanterns (aaah Kim Mitchell!), 2 barbecues, several cases of beer, 1 live band, about a hundred penguins, and I gave her an iPod mini. It was a pretty kick-ass party. Now we're back in Regensburg again and it's raining. Nice weather for Phil and Megan to be here.
I HOPE to be home for my birthday. I still need to wait and see how the flights will look, but I should be home in 3 1/2 weeks. Then my SG account runs out and I will only be updating my main blog. And no, I don't really want a renewal as a birthday gift

When do you have to wait until to find out how the flights are? I wanna send out an evite...I'm thinking the 23rd because it works for everyone...and mom will be AWOL.
