Sooooo .. I got these new crest white strips. The crest super premium or something like that. I've used white strips before, in fact, I think I use them once a year or something. I've never used these specific ones though .. I have to leave them on for 30 minutes!! The last ones you only had to leave on for like, 7 or 15...

Most people fear change, but change IS good. I need to make some serious changes in my life. I need to rearrange some friendships, and completely cut others out. I need to cut back on drinking and partying and all that goes along with that lifestyle. Shitty thing is that I don't really want to make any of these changes, I just know I should.
