As I type this my girl is at the Relay for Life site putting up our tent and helping to decorate our camp site. It has been a lot of work and I really didn't raise that much money personally but our team has raised about $3,000.

i broke my ass during a ju-jitsu lesson, my friend did i basic hip throw on me but he kept hold of my arms so i landed without bein able to brake my fall ass first into the mat *crunch* i got a month off school and all i did was sit on a mountain of cusions and watch films all day

So, I got up this morning dreading my Friday ritual of weighing in. We have been pretty broke since returning from vacation and have been eating crap food like potatoes and macaroni and cheese. But then, an amazing thing happened! My scale said I lost five more pounds! for a total of 30 pounds since April!
