apparently i'm not adept at telling signs yet and didnt know about looking at a girls hand before enjoying crushes. well, the workplace girl has a large-ish gold ring with at least three settings of white gems and i took that as a wedding band. didn't tell her about my interest while working with her for most of a morning because the crush was already withered even before seeing the ring. they come and go, fun fun.

seen the movie House of Flying Daggers, it was a rather jumbled plot with messy character relations on my first impression. i do sort of blame it on the very fast subtitle changes. good action, but takes a third place in the line of movies Hero and C.T.H.D.
ima go ta bed now. Les Savy Fav rocks the most pairs of socks i've yet encountered. Their song, "The Sweat Descends" will make you want to hold on to a railing while inducing whiplash.
