Hey everybody!
I usually work with an online magazine called Magnetica Magazine and I suggested that the theme for this month would be tattoos (because of the tattoo festival) and they said yes. So go to Magnetica Magazine and check it out.
From page 60 to 65, there my pictures from the Tattoo Festival and the portrait of Americo Martins who is the owner of Queen of Hearts tattoo parlor and also organizes the festival. One thing I made in the festival was also a family portrait of people who where there. It on pages 66 to 69. The lovely Caia and Plum where there and I took Plum picture:
It was great because everybody I approached to photograph were really friendly and Ok with me taking the picture.
Finally the Lisbon Fashion Week was happening in the same weekend and I went backstage to chase people and models with tattoos. It's on page's 140 to 143.
And now, tattoos news!
So my tattoo is all healed up and just great!
I really got to take a more decent photo of it.
I already thinking on my next one! I saw a painting from another artist in the same tattoo parlor I got my first tattoo and said to my self "this is the next one!". Here is the painting:
A black and gold Koi fish. Saturday I'll go to the shop to talk about the details about the background and the placement and how to get just a little more color in it, but I really loved it.
And finally this week I got an hold on this documentary:
For me it was just great to learn a lot more about the history of tattoo and especially on Sailor Jerry. Just great!
And on a last note, please don't forget to give more love to the first set I ever shoot for SG with lovely Caia suicide, Losing Myself
