I hate when plans fall through. Oh well, now I have more time to clean the house. Isn't that fantastic? On a positive note I have lost almost 70 pounds now. The weather has been beautiful lately and I've been spending alot of time outdoors walking. Hope all is going well in your lives....

Had a physical the other day and everything is ship-shape. I'm up to 60 pounds lost now. Enjoying my 5 day mini-vacation.
