merry christmas....
last night was wonderful, maybe not the best christmas ill ever have, but i do seem to appreciate the fact of being here and spending the night with good people, drinking hot chocolate and eating shortbread cookies and carrying on about everything even being a little superficially maniacal for a short period of time, maybe it was the chocolate, maybe it was the lack of sleep, i just know that i had a merry christmas.....
i spent christmas day working out and on the computer....
one flat tummy... here i come,
no speedo though,
