As a rule, when you're in customer service, you should avoid being condescending towards people. Guess no one told that to Mr. AppleCare guy.

I don't expect to post anything else until 2012 so be safe out there and have a wonderful NYE, if you do anything at all.

really, I have never had that problem with them, but I really hate when customer service people are dicks like that!!!

Yeah, we're fine. I don't think there was any damage from the quake. I heard that buildings shook in some cities, but not by us, and no harm was done.

I hope you had a good New Year's!
