Wow nearly 3 weeks have passed since I wrote on here, that's the xmas new year for you.
Xmas was good I enjoyed myself, It was odd it being the first xmas in 5 years that I haven't spent with the ex gf we met to swap gifts but no more than that, it was odd but I liked it.
Her brother came down from leeds we went out a fair few times over xmas/ny I want to go up n visit him soon he's a great guy.
New years eve was fairly quite for me all my friends went to nottingham but I couldn't because I was working new years day on double time, i still went out for a couple of drinks with some peeps though it was nice.
To sum up in amongst all the rush of work n preperation my holliday period was suprising calm and relaxed.
Now onto more recent topics.. I've got a broken nose
and I'm going in for surgery tomorrow.
The story goes I was walking onto a dancefloor where there's a couple of steps going down onto it.
I turn around to make sure my friends are following and one of em is walking backwards talking to someone, misses the steps and falls, I without thinking go to try and catch him from falling (he's 6'3".. I'm an fool) and the back of his head connected with my face.
The bouncers saw n checked on me when I didn't come out of the toilet after 5mins (I had a nose bleed) where they told me it was broken n I needed to go to A&E.. so we did.
They couldn't do anything but book me into an appointment for the ear nose n throat peeps the next week (went on monday) apparently the top bit is shattered so they wanted to opperate as soon as possible to prevent further problems (apperently I've started snoring lol)
aaany who I'm not worried thier going to put me under for half an hour to re-break and re-align it, It makes me feel odd to think about it but I dunno why.
It's the first time I've ever broken anything! It's a constant dull yet annoying ache, I thought it would've hurt more.
Annoying thing is I've only just healed from the last pair of black eyes it gave me, I'll have another pair from 8am tomorrow.. I'll post pics soon ^^

The op went amazingly, I was under for half an hour woke up n walked out the hospital half an hour after that.
There was no black eyes n I didnt require nose splints, to be honest unless i laugh sneeze or wrinkle my nose I cant tell it's broken
put it this way you wouldn't be able to tell It'd been broken twice in the past fortnight.

Things in the life of a Ragdoll are turbulent. The past few months have not been easy, but one needs to take the bad with the good. There is an eventual balance.
Things are starting to get better though.
