Didn't realise it's been 5 days since writing here.. It's odd day's seem to be slipping through my fingers like water.
I need to get a graphics tablet if I have any hope of doing decent work for my portfolio..
Spent the past couple of days working on a Pop-Art style peice.. A style I've not seriously tried before.. so probably the worst choice to be the first peice to make for my 'folio.
It started off ok but then I got annoyed with it because I thought it looked to Busy, I got back to work on it today and got it to a place I was happy with..
Beth and I went to watch Kung Fu Panda the day before yesturday it was an awesome film.. even better than I originally hoped..
It almost seemed made for us.. there were many points where it seemed like we were the only two people laughing
I love beths laugh.. I'm glad she's been doing it more recently.. were better together than we have been in a long time xXx
Went to the met last saturday.. started off just going into town with dan to pick up a couple of notepads n some greesy food for lunch.. bumped into kerry who between her and dan convinced me to go out.
we started off round Catherines drinking "Lady Boys" for those of you who arn't fans of Alan Partridge
Its a pint of larger followed by Gin&Tonice and Baileys chasers (largers a mans drink and baileys and gin and tonic are ladies drinks.. thats the logic anyway lol).
The night started off really well, got my drink on then my dance on, but then it started going down hill.
Neythen got kicked out (well forgot to get stamped so wasnt allowed back in till he realised an hour and a half later that he had money to pay to get back in lol) the douche.
Pete n Lucy argued for most of the night (spent what must've been half an hour making sure they were both ok).
Catherine was so wasted it wasnt funny.. there was one particular moment that her and two guys were on the leather sofas and It was abit worrying.. had to go check she was ok n they werent bothering her.
It was also STUUUUPIDLY busy.. I mean you couldnt walk anywhere without bumping into anyone.
Then me dan, neythen, aung and kerry walked to memozin for some grub.. binda (kerrys friend) went off with some douche that we all hated also called Dan so kerry wasnt happy n went home.
We all went back to catherines (4 going on 5am) and pete n lucy were already there waiting in petes car for us to turn up.. we'd lost catherine earlier but that wasnt an issue as Dan had her keys.
Turned out catherine and David Hutton were back at hers.. he'd broken in to get them in.
Between him and Neythen they woke up the entire house (catherine has 4 housemates all who work full time)
and a couple of them were reallllllly pissed off.
anywho I enjoyed myself part from the fact Beth wasnt there.
