So I went to the F1 race this past week end. I'm more dissapointed then ever. 6 cars raced. Incase you didn't hear, there was a big scuffle over the Michilen tires being used and that the 14 teams using them weren't safe. They asked the FIA (the governing board for F1) if they could change them, and they said not with out a penalty. The 14 teams then called BS and after their formation lap, they all pulled in the pits and parked their cars. The 6 remaining cars then competed in the race, and of course Ferarri won. I wasted a lot of time and money for nothing.
To keep with the bad news theme, I ordered a futon from a company in Colorado. It came over the week end and I started putting it together and noticed that some of the parts didn't fit as planed. After a trip to the hardware store and some sawing and drilling, I made it work. Then I found out they gave me the wrong size mattress, which flat out pisses me off. There will be hell to be paid.
I'm sick, and don't have much money.
