The most gruesome and horrible thing happened today.
My kitten, my beautiful little Ioda, got killed today by my garage door. My roommates were cleaning out the garage all day and I guess Ioda was sleeping on the top of the garage door as it was open and when they went to pull it down (its not old and not mechanical), I guess she couldn't move fast enough and it smashed her. I am sobbing as I write this and can't believe something so gruesome could happen so out of the blue. My poor roommate too, he was crying as he told me, he was so guilty. Just a damn BAD day for all of us.
I hope she went quick. I'm glad I wasn't here to see her. They buried her in my front yard, which is eerily comforting. R.I.P., my sweet lil Ioda. I can't believe how sad I am over her, like losing a kid... any way, I hope everyone else had a good day.
