if it doesnt rain it pours!!! been an amazingly busy week... and lots of interesting and crazy people coming into work... commonwealth games are nuts... and the people it attracts are nuts too!!! making hay while the sun shines!
friday was a reality check though... well more like a reality slap about the face and a hot poker in the eye! get a txt message from my housemate (ex partner) saying the car he drives was stolen from out the front of our house! hmm i was like WHAT THE FUCK!!!! STOLEN??? FROM THE FRONT OF THE HOUSE?!?!?!?!?!?!!!!!! he took the dog for a walk and 40 mins later when he gets home... the cars GONE!
im not having much luck with cars at the moment in my household...
my first reaction was of shock and horror... but then of relief since its a shit car (86 toyota tarago)and worth more insurance wise... well until i rang the insuance company to make a claim...
u see the car spent most of last yr in the driveway with a busted motor... couldnt afford to get it fixed... so left it there for 6 months... the ex had a sook about the fact he was paying insurance on a car that wasnt moving... so seemed like a good idea to suspend the insurance... no point paying for a car that wont run!
well obiously got it fixed and on the road...
however when making a claim... "sorry miss... but that insurance policy has ben suspended... as of july 05"
