In honor of the new Taking Back Sunday cd that was released today, I blasted their music all day...unfortunately I didn't have the extra cash-o-la to buy the cd, YET. Maybe of I mention it enough times, my mom or boyfriend will pick it up for me. Ha.
So far I am hanging tough during a week that is supposed to be hell. The gods above granted me a gift yesterday-the school department made a mistake and booked two subs for full-day assignments when they really only needed us form 1130am-230pm. Their error costs them money, not me. I got to spend about an hour doing my project and an hour sleeping in my car. Such a bad habit.
Then today, the school I worked for was short a sub and thus the principal had to split up a sixth grade class and disperse them throughout the building. I had 5 of them in the back of my fourth grade class today. That was fun.
My boy was sick today but he still went to work. The long tax season has not been kind to his health--and the tax returns he handles don't have to be turned in until May 15th. Grrr...
One more day of day-to-day subbing until I start my long-term position. The 30-min drive (possibly longer because I have to drive through Providence) is going to be annoying (especially with the price of gas), but the experience is great for my resume.
Let's go Red Sox!

PS. Go visit Clarkekid and leave him a kiss. His boss should be running a Taco Bell, not an office.
