My building has (what I like to call) a Smelevator. Instead of rancid muzak as you go floor hopping, you get a "flavor of the day," anything from wet dog to sweet tart urine, shoved up your nostrils.

Today's odor: Kibbles n' Bits

I think I'll take the stairs.

I still talk to a few people. Malcolm is in New York he flew me out to Iowa to work on a documentary of John Edwards while he was campaining, Austin is teaching in Orlando, John Thursby, Jason Prowell, and Tom Scott are living together in L.A.

Just got an email from Dani Konrad... not sure if you knew her. And I IM'd Morgan the other day... we talked for a bit.

I hear random things about random others here and there.
