fuck insomnia mad
it's driving me batty
i went to sleep at 6am yesterday, got 3 hours sleep
i have slept for 2 hours tonite and now i'm wide awake shocked
grrrrr
luckily i have this site to keep me entertained somewhat

If your having trouble sleeping I recommend buying Valerian and Melatonin capsules from you local health food shop. In my case they make me feel mildly drowsy about 30 minutes after ingestion and they seem to ease the transition into sleep.

I should warn you that some people report having incredibly vivid dreams after taking Valerian and Melatonin. Although, that hasn't happened to me.
