First day of classes and I must say I am so happy I chose this course. I had classes from 10am - 5.30pm and the day just flew. I think this is the coolest course ever. LOL. It's good stuff anyway. I can't wait for next Tuesday, it's a shame we don't have classes more often, though with the amount of reading we have, it's not surprising.
Anyway tonight is Cocktail night, we're making one per 'household', so by the time we've sampled them all, well you get the picture.
