My road bike is killing me. I might have to break down and get a proper fitting before my knees and back give out after too many 20-miles-into-riding spasms.
That aside, i'm glad my luck didn't get me killed today...whole lot of foulness afoot. Here's hoping tomorrow will swing the other way.
