I went running yesterday. I'm hardcore to the extreme.

It made the eliptical trainer hard going this morning. Bowling+running+trainer=chelsea with broked leg. I'm trying to be a trooper though. biggrin

Sooooo. Not much to update. Went and had my colposcopy yesterday. I was sooooo nervous. I'm so happy Adam took me. But I was lucky. The doctor was super nice, unlike last time, and I didn't have to have my cervix chopped at. She just had to stick that spikey thinger up into my uterus canal thing. Lovely. RIP to the four RCMP murdered today. The only solace lies in the fact their souless assailant had the balls to take his own life as well. My sympathy to the families of the four officers who were just doing their job, trying to protect us decent law abiding folk.

It's about time somebody started sticking up for the damn police force. I'm tired of people talking shit about them. Okay, so who is going to protect you if you get your house broken into? Or have someone in your family kidnapped? Or someone in your family beaten up? The police. So i don't get why other people hate on them so much when they are there to fucking help us. Yeah, there are some shit coppers out there, but at the end of the day, with every group of people there are some dickheads.

I've spent the last couple days browsing the Grrls pages and shoots, and it's sooo inspiring. The girls on here are soooo gorgeous.

Ya, the cowboything makes me cringe....sad thing is I remember when I really beileved things here where changing for the better, sum cool bars, coffee shops, art galleries, cars....but they all got sucked into the giant white stetson vortrex, went out of business, hung old lady art on the walls, and turned into trucks and sport utility vehicles puke

Computer games rule. Never got into Playstation or whatever, just PC. biggrin Now just play mainly racing or massive multiplayer on-line games. Good stuff!! I alternate that and downloading tunes. hehehhehehe
