Here in Argentina is actually winter, but what i am reading atm is Clarice Lispector's book: An Apprenticeship or The Book of Pleasures
A book that let's us inside the mind, heart and growth of Lori's. Through her eyes we can learn as well the meanings of life, deatb, pleasure and love. It's not at all another love story, it's a coming of age one, even though the protagonist is already in her adulthood. We never stop learning, Ulises, the co protagonist is only the gear through which Lori can grow and learn, giving herself to the world, a world fill with void and grandeur at the same time. A bittersweet book full of questions and answers that sre neither wrong or right, learning along side the protagonist's what is behind the curtain of our auto perception while at the same time seeing how we present ourselves to the world.
