Upon seeing this blog homework... I had to stop and pause a moment.
I certainly have collections, but nothing particularly deep. I had hesitations about displaying anything and then decided... Eh, why not? The point is to learn something new about someone.
So ... I collect Magic Cards. *sigh of relief* lol yes it's true and it's probably one of the few things I have where I could consider it a collection.
And the above photo is merely a fraction of the inventory :D this photo is things I've won in the past few years at tournaments or games held by friends. Oh and a couple decks I have one said tournaments with.
I will admit that I'm not entirely above hustling people for the win. It's not my fault I just look like an innocent girl who maybe tagged along to the game shop .
I am a bit ruthless. Also I really wanted to say "hustle" in reference to MTG.
In a lot of ways it was good for me. I used to be pretty socially anxious, and this gave me a way to make friends in college (yes it was over six packs and MTG that I bonded with people in school...no house parties or keggers for this lady...the thought still makes it hard to breathe... Not a fan of crowds)
I did think about becoming a judge at one point and that remains to be seen... You'd be surprised how many rules there are to be sharp on and how little level two judges there are in each region nationally to test your knowledge.
So thanks to @rambo and @missy for this homework assignment!
