I love showers. I love bathing. Ask anyone who knows me and they'll tell you I take entirely too long doing it. I do every step. Everytime. And I love every minute of it. I used to work for a company called Lush Cosmetics. Their bath products have been used in SG sets. Their face care system can cure anyone, I'm convinced. They're 100% Against Animal Testing 100% Vegetarian 81% Vegan 69% Unpreserved and 44% Unpackaged. And well, you just can't beat that.
Here's what I got and how much i love it.
Dream Cream
The smoothest, most relaxing, deliciously lavender/herbal body lotion ever. It goes on like silk. It's high enough quality to where the tiniest bit goes such a long way. Razor burn? It's perfect. Those annoying red bumps on the back of your arms? It helps. Sore tired feet? Check. It's soothing, great for sensitive skin. My number one must have from this place.
Magic Mushroom bubble bar
This little thing will give you two baths. It fits in your palm and isn't much bigger. Now let me tell you whats so amazing about Lush bath products. They have no packaging, which is just good for everyone and everythiing. They make your bath water a pretty color which is just fun. They have the best all natural fragrances. This one is supposed to smell of strawberries and cream. We'll see when I use it. It's a Valentines special. You crumble it under running water and you get the most gorgeous "from a movie" mountains of bubbles.
Blue Skies and Fluffy White Clouds bubble bar
Best bubble bar of all time. To smell this is to love this. I get one every time i go. It's $11 and totally worth it. Gives you about...4 baths.
Stepping Stone foot scrub
My first time buying this. I can't say that I love how quickly it washes away in the shower. But the idea is awesome! Another product with no packaging. It has pumice. It smells like lemongrass. And it contains shea butter. There's not really much more you could want from a foot scrub. I like.
Woosh shower jelly
This stuff is about the coolest thing Lush makes, in my opinion. It's a solid shower gel. You break off a piece of it and squish it into your loofah and it makes super rich soft lather.
and last but not least my face wash
Angels on Bare Skin
The lavender tones down the redness in my face. The almonds (NOT almond shells like that st. ives crap) gently ex-foliate.The clay removes impurities. It has already made my face feel so much better and this is only day one of using it. Love. love love love.
So that's it. It's winter. Skin takes a super harsh beating. Do yourself and the world a favor and pick some of this stuff up. <3
