Since I am.

Was a name given to me by the only other person in the world who has ever heard me rhyme. Was supposed to be her stage name but she gifted it to me after liking what she heard.

Things are still hard. I'm the sad girl at the bar. My mother told me today they must have written the song "Sad Eyes" about someone just like me.

But tonight's another night. Another day another dollar, another blunt and one more bourbon and ginger.
Y'all know me, ain't a damn thing changed. Minus the fact that my once bright future is destroyed, but I guess that's not really a change either. I have my sights set on Brooklyn once again. I figure there is always the shining opportunity to work as an escort to make ends meet. I know a boy who did that once, not as bad as it's made out to be apparently. That's if you're strong enough to maintain the proper mindset. But my mindset is proper fucked, so most likely that's a no go.

Someday you'll get the happy me back. To quote a lyric that's NEVER been quoted before, "I wish I could buy back/The woman you stole".
