I moved here thinking my job would be one way and it is almost 100% not how I was told it would be. I took a pretty large pay cut to move here as well. I really don't know what to do at this point.

No not happier in Memphis, thats why its 1 step forward 2 steps back. 1 step forward in life 2 steps back in the job.
