Almost died Friday at end of 60 mile bike ride Laguna Niguel to Long Beach to Costa Mesa. Would have made it back to Laguna Beach, but Santa Ana winds made it impossible to do the last 12 miles with the fatigue. Maybe next week. Gave myself a day rest and back on the bike to work.

This is shaming me into getting the bike out and riding again. Maybe tomorrow I will actually ride to work and back (only two miles round trip but it's a start right?). I live too close to the Santa Ana River Trail to not be riding more often.
