I'm feeling great today, have been back at the gym since i got home and that combined with eating well has me feeling more sorted than i have for a while.
Its funny how much that stuff affects how i feel. I just always feel more lucid and grounded when i eat well, exercise properly, and lay off the beer etc.. I've been kinda bouncing off walls over the last month or so... getting a bit hectic, its all them damn good times! Partying knocks me around more than ever before but i still love it.
Speaking of parties theres a big one coming up tonight that promises to be a doozy. Some folks are having one in a big warehouse in little old Brompton just around the corner from me. Sounds like half of Adelaide will be there...
Well anyway...thats been a self indulgent little rant... I wonder whats been happening in the big wide world of late..........

hey I am on the same kick, totally changed my eating habits and exercise daily now. I have been doing it for two months (nearly) and feel so great and have lost 3 kilos! woohoo. I actually ate some kind of snow pea sprout thing today and enjoyed it!
