i did not work last night. i woke up and had diahrrea and felt horribly nausious all day. i never actually threw up though, so that is good. i definitely understand what you are going thru. i was in bed all day yesterday and last night to the point where my bed was hurting my back really bad, so i had to find somewhere else to sleep (or lay down and continuously roll around whlle unsuccessfully trying to sleep).
