my long week is finally over. my boss missed all week due to illness so i had to run our gang. not once during the week did i have a full crew to use. i was always improvising and making it happen. i noticed i tried to gage each wings performance based on my own. i realized that wasnt fair because in our gang i have worked on the most "big" jobs. i still got pretty frustrated by the pace they worked at. anyway, everything got done and no one got hurt. it was fun doing it and i also got a little extra pay out of it.

this has been the first 6 day week ive done in awhile. hopefully we can get back on trac and move ahead. im tired of feeling like im peddling so hard but going nowhere. im guilty of buying stupid things but i think ive been better at controlling that. we will see what the first half of the year brings. i hope we get out of this whole.

my vw van has been running awesome. im so excited. i love that van. i love my little focus and my motorcycle also but in a different way. if the old lady leaves me for some tall, blond, blue eyed guy she better leave the vanagon alone. . ha ha.
