well there was no work today. it was too windy and i guess some huge cold front is coming in. its colder now thatn it was when i went to work. i did get me a new pair of work shoes.
these are, in my opinion, the best work boots. the ones i had before i purchased on sale. they did a great job and i was starting my fourth year with them. they started killing my toes though to the point it was hard to walk. i was taking them off during lunch, it got that bad. but now im ready to go again.
one of my favorite things is to get a bunch of tacos, "smoke", and watch king of the hill and the simpsons. the simpsons have been really funny lately.
i am still amazed at my eyes. i still am not used to not looking for my glasses or taking my contacts off. its amazing how 10 minutes of surgery can cure a lifetime of "blindness". now if they can do the same for hearing i would be set. i am slowly going to rebuild myself.
quick question. looking at where you are in your life right now, what is your biggest regret. mine is not joining the army. i wanted to do that since i was a little boy. when i was old enough to join i was talked out of it by my parents. they see everything so practical and clinical. i like to dream, to throw the ball downfield, go for it. that may have hurt me at times but i know if my kids dream i will let them.

Ren is going to starting training to be a motorbike mechanic. It's really awesome.
I'll be sure to post pics of my really cool boots once i receive them!
Biggest regret? Hmmm... Well, I think it must be taking on all the debt that we have... -Or selling our old bike and buying a new one. Should just have put in a new engine and stuff.
