the weekend finally. i think i will convince one of the kids to come with me to look at motorcycles. i just got mine but now i love them and want to see and touch as many as i can.
living in a homeowners association sucks. i have three cars and a motorcycle. one car is in the garage as well as my motorcycle. the other car is in the driveway behind the bike. then my truck is in the street so the family car can be pulled in and out as needed. well the home owners association doesnt want my truck there in the street. they are supposed to maintain the front yards. they havent done a good job of that at all. so i figure ill write them a letter and say when you replace the 3 dead bushes and the dead tree ill move my truck. i think what alerted them to this is a geeky neighbor we have. hes always made comments about the truck but rather than tell me upfront about it he snitched. so ive left it there. well see what happens.
yesterday was a rough day at work. the foremans meeting on thursday did not go good. it was a bitch fest with all the gangs pointing fingers at each other. our gang was fine because we do our work and get along fine. so the morning started of with my friend dustin, the raising gang foreman, and the bolt up foreman throwing punches on the 16th floor. we let them duke it out until they we about to domino a bunch of beams. so then the fight was stopped only for them to start up again. a few hours later the gang in the north tower was shaking out. they had a hitchhiker on one of the beams. it came loose and landed on his leg. needless to say it was broken. it sucked watching him because you knew he was in alot of pain. i ended up leaving early because it was friday and my time had already been put in.
its funny how certain people can do or say things but if other people do or say things all hell breaks loose. my two daughters were told by some neighborhood kids that they dont want to play with them because they are too white. hmm, imagine if my kids had said the opposite. they would have been called racists. i cant stand that. but thats how it is. so i tell my kids find other friends.
well im of to look at photosets. have a nice weekend.
