yay!! its friday again. im having my vw van get worked on and was hoping to have it for this weekend. of course what i knew was wrong with it wasnt the only thing wrong. so i'll just have to wait another week i guess. i got new brakes on my truck and they are awesome. its nice to be able to gently touch the pedal and stop instead of gritting your teeth and pushing down hard.
next month my youngest daughter is going to the san diego zoo. her girl scout troop sold enough cookies to win the trip. that will be neat for her considering a pet store has better animal selection than the las vegas zoo.
Ta2dMom will go on the trip with them. that leaves me at home alone with the blue eyed brats.
my oldest daughter is grounded from the computer . in her quest to get emails she gave the navy our number and told them she was 21 and interested in the navy. so we got a call from them but that was easily clarified. she also contacted some business about business opportunities. we also recieved a call from them but clarified it. she has a young soul in her while my younger daughter has an old soul.
my son insisted that i take him to the store last night because wal-mart has a han solo toy where he's dressed like a stormtrooper and his helmet comes off. i told him the dont have it, he said they do. i need to go there anyway because i need antifreeze for my truck. yeah spend all my money on a new house now my two cars are falling apart. so we go and sure enough they didnt have it. so then he insists on going to another store. im like" hey your 3 isnt your attention span supposed to be short"? he is a persistent little boy.
work here in vegas is going great. the skyline on the strip is constantly changing. i am missing all that though because i went to work for a friend and we are doing all the schools on the edge of town. not as much fun as a 50 story biulding. oh well it pays the same.
well i have to get ready for work. i will spend the day getting ready for friday night drinking, not that i need much preparation for that.
