I am freakin' stoked. Been looking forward to this weekend for a while now. I didn't have as much fun as I'd hoped last night, but deciding to walk home was a good choice-- just about three miles, per the ubiquitous power of the google. Just enough to clear my head a bit.
And now my car's all packed to drive up to the mountains for a full moon party tonight. I've never been to one of these particular events, but I've heard good things about them. They're thrown by old school Burners, so I'm sure it will be a good time. And two old friends who I haven't seen in years just moved back to CO last month, and they will be playing for four hours in the two best time slots. . . while the moon will be high in the sky.

Haha. Yea. The grill is in my trunk, the cuts of meat are marinating, and I have lots of fruit and veggies in the cooler. And plenty of beer, plus a bottle of bourbon. Can't wait to party under the stars with a tribe of good peeps.
