Running

45 min on the elliptical at 7.5 mph average clip - my calves started spasming when I got off. Eventually I will get to the place where running doesn't cause an unpleasant involuntary reaction

And not respond.  Lol I would spend all my time crafting a proper response.  And it really doesn't matter, gonna lose a lot of people tomorrow when Halo 5 drops.  But I would miss the complaints about the huge load time it takes.
