People are stupid, usually collectively, not individually. I respect the people who protest the war. I don't agree with them, but I do respect them. The fact that you can speak your opinion and not get shot is great. Where as in Iraq, you just get shot for protesting. Well anyway I had respect for protesters until I just saw them trying to jam up traffic in NYC. The cops have more important things to do than round up protesters for stopping traffic. Important things like...you know...stopping terrorism. Now I have to say I like protesters who protest in a way in which they don't become a public safety hazard. I enjoy listening to people who protest, but they should protest in a respectful manner. I have no problem with listening to what they have to say, but do it in a way that doesnt cause aggravation to the public.
Finally I want to send out my thoughts and prayers to all the soldiers in the Middle East and to all their families. Six months from now hopefully Ill be able to call myself a soldier.
