ok it is now into my 42nd hour of no sleep....i think my emotions are numb....at this particular time..that is a good thing...i just got home form a busy(16 hour) day of work...and on another topic... i am happy to say..no feelings of sadness even though the hurt is still there. thank you my friend for your words..promise me i can return the favor when time permits.

despite the rumors that swimming is about as exciting as tv golf or poker (my dad's new weirdo hobby, watching poker on tv)...i LOVE it. i cheer on the edge of my seat. still don't understand all the yelling that goes on a football game...but ohwell
