Once you have done that remind yourself that being you and staying true to you is the MOST important thing... Once you grasp back onto the sense of self everything else will seem to fall into place... Don't lose your sense of self in hopes of pleasing everyone else... You need to make sure that you are happy first before worrying about others....

I know that this can be difficult... I am a people pleaser and always wanting to make sure everyone around me is happy and comfortable... I love taking care of my loved ones.... I realized more recently that I was giving a lot of myself and not getting as much in return... So I decided that it was time to make sure that Lola was balanced and centered before worrying about everyone around me... It can be difficult...
