Just... keep going.
Eventually the things that hurt so bad won't hurt so much- they'll be more like scars than open wounds.
I know its hard to not pick at the scabs- and no matter how much it hurts- not matter how often you rip it back open..wounds heal.
Not always pretty... but they do heal.
