it's an online diet site. It's free. They help you track your calories and you can input your exercise etc. in it and it tracks it all for you so that you don't have to. PM me your email address and I'll send you the sign up link. There are groups on there (kind of like SG/Myspace) where you can blog etc. and the support on there is AMAZING. It's really helped a lot and I fully admit that my success thus far is due to that site. (and the nutritionist that introduced me to it)
