My midterm went pretty well, which was a big relief. I hate testing....

Our school just announced they will most likely add a graduate program on to the design department, which is ridiculous cause we don't even have great facilities for undergrad. On the other hand, it would attract a lot of money to the program, with which we could upgrade, so I'm not totally against it.

I am still looking into theatre design schools in london. Right now, Central St Martins is looking good if I decide to go actually for design. Another good option is the set fabrication degree from RADA. Its only one year, and I actually prefer construction to design, especially since St Martins involves costume design, too. Besides, if I have a degree of any kind from RADA I will get into most any grad school I want. I dunno, we'll have to see, but I am definitly look at it as a good option.
Anyways, back up to class for me!

I'm at Academy Drama School in Whitechapel http://www.eada.demon.co.uk/ It's one of the full few schools that combines classical theatre training with screen acting.
Just a word about RADA, while it might look great on your CV it may take your whole career to pay back the fees. RADA is ultra expensive and is located in one of the most expensive areas of London so unless you have so much money you don't know what to do with it I would suggest robbing a large bank before applying there.

Very cool. Looks like a pretty nice place. It to bad they dont't seem to have much in the way of technical stuff.

Yeah, rada is waaay expensive. Its pretty ridiculous really, and I doubt I could pay for it. I think I will apply anyways, just to see.

Luckily most of the deadlines for next year are in January or something like that, so I can think on it for a while.
