i am feeling lazy today, so my journal update will be song lyrics followed by a list:

here's a list of new stuff:
1) just finished watching the stuff. last night, i watched dead ringers. i had seen both before. alexis had not. both are very strange movies, but dead ringers is definitely the stranger of the two.
2) i still hate my job. i hate it more every day. but i did find a job that i'd like to apply for. more on that as it develops....
3) i got paid this week. my check reflected the time i took off due to illness. i won't be taking any more sick days for a long time. even if, once again, i am truly sick.
4) i want to change my profile picture. i guess the photograph itself is okay, but way too emo for my tastes. also, the color of the border is annoying as shit.
5) i think i'm going to get tickets for burlesque today.
6) i need to straighten up my computer desk (which is actually a kitchen table). it is a horrible mess.
7) i need to stop drinking coffee. i only ever have one to three cups on the weekend, but it makes my heart race and causes me to smoke even more than i already do (which is a lot.
8) cigarettes are one of my best friends. they are always there for me, and give me something to do while i am outside of work, dreaming of something better.
9) criterion collection DVDs can suck my balls. i would have bought dead ringers instead of renting it, but because it's criterion, it costs upwards of $35. the same can be said for many kurosawa films.
10) my brother and i are planning on writing a module for a new gaming system. i have to finish the proposal letter this weekend. more on that as it develops...

Your right about movies costing so much these days! And I'm also working on a game based on my audio series Monster Genocide! I love game and RPG's. If I had it my way I would try to get payed for just playing them.
