How has everyone’s Halloween weekend been??
I don’t really do much for holidays, usually because it is all too commercialised and I cant afford to. Halloween, however, I love as I get to dress up and have fun with my friends. Also now I’m a Mum (can you believe my little one will be 5 soon!) I get to do cool Halloween traditions with him.
We didn’t do much this year. I had a work party on Friday where I dressed up as a clown and because my hair was in pigtails I was called Harley Quinn all night.
Today my son and I carved our pumpkin and got some LED tea lights so no cheap costumes catch the flame from real ones (I’m very responsible I’ll have you know 😉). Our sweets are ready in a bowl for the 31st too.
Next year we’re going to do more decorations so keeping my beady eyes out for any post-Halloween discounts 😋
