Hey smile cool biggrin I'm good thanks, although I went for a jog yesterday evening after work, my first as I want to get fit! However... eating a burger king before hand and not doing any stretches has left me a little sore this morning tongue I'll learn! biggrin Awww hope you're ok, living in London will be exciting though and you'll have the time of your life there biggrin
